. TCLP Equipment - Rotary Agitators
. Analytical Testing Model DHSLKOREA Rotary Agitators are used for
evaluating the mobility of regulated compounds for
EPA test method 1311 TCLP (Toxicity Characteristic Leaching
Procedure) and other leaching procedures listed in EPA SW-846.
VERSALTILITY
. The TCLP agitators are sized for 0.5~2 liter borosilicate glass, Teflon
and plastic bottles.
. Agitators will hold most manufacturers ZHE’s including our model C-102
Zero Headspace Extractor.
BUILT FOR CONVENIENCE
. The AC-20 series agitators include three sizes for the cost effective
operation at all laboratories.
. CONSTRUCTION: Oversized 1/6 HP fan cooled 30 RPM gear motor rated for
continuous duty operation.
. Solid aluminum rotary bar and frame balanced for quit operation.
. Models are available with Bodine 220V/60Hz motors.
PERFORMANCE AND SAFETY:
TCLP agitators allow for secure vertical loading of bottles or extractors.
* The oversized single stage gear motor allows for free rotation and does
not require reset brakes or on//off switches.
* Samples may be vented or pH adjusted without removing bottles from
agitator.
* Optional Safety shield available for all sizes.

* 표준사용량은 전 용량의 30∼40%가 적당하다.

Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP), this 2.2 L bottle features the
excellent chemical and temperature resistance of Polytetrafluoroethylene
FEP with a wide mouth for testing large-sized samples.
So durable and versatile,
this clear, autoclavable bottle can be used at high or low temperatures
for trace metal analysis and applications with organic solvents.
NOTE: Before autoclaving, just set cap or closure on top of the
container without engaging the threads.

Environmental Express™ TCLP Filters
Borosilicate glass, binder-free filters with 0.7µm
pore size. Prepared according to U.S. EPA Method 1311 for TCLP. Come in
47, 90 and 142mm diameters, plus three additional sizes to fit Büchner
funnels and Landes zero-headspace extraction units.Standard TCLP Filters
come with Certificate of Analysis warranting that filters meet all
guidelines for TCLP extractions and indicating expected background
levels of metals.Prewashed TCLP Filters each receive an acid washing in
1N HNO3, followed by triple rinsing in >1L of deionized water
per rinse. Eliminate reagent and waste disposal costs; may reduce blank
variability and provide lower levels of background metals compared to
onsite washing.
