■ 제품특징(Features) * Their durability, simplicity, versatility and ease of operation give them a distinct advantage over competitive models. * Originally developed for oil sampling, Vampire Pumps have proven to be useful in a variety of applications. * Companies involved in environmental, chemical, water, and hazardous material sampling, have all found the Vampire Pumps to be an invaluable tool. * The X-Models feature distinctive yellow heads made of lightweight, injection-molded nylon and U-Models are fitted with clear, cast acrylic heads. * Both are equipped with all aluminum parts to make great looking, durable pumps. * Vampire Pumps draw a vacuum of 27 inches of Hg (Mercury). * The patented tube coupling device accepts any size sampling tube (with an outside diameter of 3/16" through 5/16") without changing fittings. * The sampling tube is inserted through the coupling device until the lower end extends below the top of the sample bottle. * When the knurled knob is turned to tighten the seal, the vacuum will draw fluid directly into the bottle without coming in contact with the pump. * This patented feature allows multiple samples to be taken without cleaning the pump between samples.
■ 규격(Specifications) Fluid Sampling Pumps Easy Vac, Inc. makes Vampire Pumps that fit the threads of many different size bottles. If the model (size) is not known, send us your container and we will determine the correct size. Pumps that accommodate 1/2" tubing (38-U1/2) are available for sampling heavy gear oils. We will also quote on custom built pumps for size or private label. Sampling Containers Easy Vac, Inc. stocks plastic bottles in sizes of 2, 3, 4, 8, 16 & 32 ounces - which are usually available for immediate shipment. All have thread size of 38 mm and fit any Vampire Pump with a beginning model designation of 38-. All containers are designed especially for use with Vampire Pumps and are guaranteed not to collapse. Plastic mailers are available for 2, 3, 4 or 8 oz. bottles. Tubing Polyethylene tubing is available from stock in 100' lengths with outside diameters of 3/16", 1/4" , 5/16" and 1/2". Custom cut lengths are also available. This tubing is produced especially for drawing fluid samples. Like the bottles, the tubing will not collapse under vacuum.
